• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy (see below).

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders that meet the cancellation criteria outlined above.
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

Return Policy:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 2 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
